Executive Committee
The university is managed by the Executive Committee, which is responsible for various critical functions such as preparing and reviewing governing body and committee decisions, operational management, and developing strategies for the university's progress.

Dr. Thomas Funke
FOUNDING PRESIDENT
Dr. Thomas Funke is acting as the Founding President. The President heads the Executive Committee and is responsible for the orderly operation of the university.
Christian Rebernik
CHANCELLOR
Christian Rebernik is acting as the university Chancellor. The Chancellor heads and coordinates the university administration and supervises the non-academic staff.
Nellie Marangou
VICE PRESIDENT OF TEACHING & LEARNING
The Vice President for Teaching & Learning teaches and delivers ToU's study programs and proposes lecturers and teaching staff to the Executive Committee for employment.

The Vice President of Research is responsible for research activities across the university and in the existing study programs.
Dr. Wiebke Lamer
DIRECTOR FOR UNIVERSITY STRATEGY & DEVELOPMENT
Leads ToU's quality assurance activities, including the implementation and coordination of accreditation processes.
